Haven't posted anything for a few days...been busy processing my paperworks for my mobilization to Qatar. It's been an exhausting week but, I’ve learned something new to me, that is knowing the Qatar Visa Protocols for Direct Hired Employees.
Since, I already have an electronic visa, I was advised that I just need to go to Qatar Embassy Manila for them to stamp the visa on my passport. At first, I was advised to bring original and copies of my passport, medical result and NBI Clearance upon going there for the visa stamping/certification. To complete the requirements, I then took NBI clearance. It took me half day to apply for it. Likewise, I just brought 2 Identification Card with me as the only requirement in getting an NBI clearance here in Bacolod City. Identification Card could be either of the following (Passport, Voter’s ID, Postal ID, TIN’S ID, SSS ID, Company ID, Student’s ID). I was scheduled to come back for another 15 days to claim it…actually you can get the clearance on the same day, that is, if you don’t have the same name in the system. Mine was quite a lot. My next step is to process my medical. Qatar Embassy’s accredited clinic here in Bacolod is Medicines Laboratory Clinic, located between El Camino and Provincial’s Hospital. They have their own accredited clinic in every place around the country. I contacted the clinic and they asked me to bring 2x2 photo and a copy of my passport. We’ll what’s next, will be posted later. For now, I need to rest for my upcoming medical =). So, until then…chereewine
